Our goal is to help you maximize your insurance benefits. We will evaluate treatment based on optimal dental health, which is not necessarily the goal of your insurance carrier. Their goal is to provide only the negotiated benefits for specifically selected services.
In order for us to help you get the most from your insurance, we ask that you bring a current insurance card that contains your identification number, the address where the insurance claim can be sent, and a phone number we can call to verify benefits for your particular plan. We keep track of what insurance companies pay on most dental procedures, and we use this information to provide a close estimate of what your personal expense will be on dental treatment. Please keep in mind, however, that these are estimates only. It is impossible for us to know exactly what an insurance company will pay unless we send in a pre-treatment estimate of your specific treatment plan. We are happy to do this. A reply from the insurance company is usually received within 3-4 weeks.
Dental insurance is a contract between you and your employer and the dental insurance company. The benefits you receive are based on the terms of that contract. We will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your benefits. Please do not hesitate to ask us for help with this. Please be aware that some dental insurance companies take longer than others to complete payment and we may need your assistance if they request additional information.
Payment Options
We ask that payment be made at the date the services are rendered. If you have insurance, we will ask that you pay only the amount we do not expect to be reimbursed from the insurance company.
Third Party Financing
If you are interested in making payment arrangements, we offer third party financing through Citi Financial. Upon credit approval, 6-12 month financing is available without interest.
